We are so happy and blessed to have Joao Bordallo return to The Portland Spirtualist Church!!!! He brings a wealth of knowledge and the oppotunity for us all to be a part of this for our own benefit and growth! Meditation with movement is a fantastic way for some of us who have difficulties sitting still letting go of intrusive thoughts, goings on of the day, or anything else that we allow to distract us from ourselves be present in the here and now with ourselves.
